Kudrin says expects Russia’s econ decline in 1–2 quarters
ST.PETERSBURG, Jun 6 (PRIME) -- There are risks of a decline of the Russian economy in the coming quarter or two but no crisis, head of the Audit Chamber Alexei Kudrin told reporters on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum on Thursday.
“I do not expect an economic crisis. The possibility that economic growth will be below zero in a quarter is discussed, I mean, this will be recession for a quarter or two but I assume that most probably, it will not be like that despite the risks. But my forecast is that we will most probably be in the positive zone,” Kudrin said.
